Depending on the postal day this could be in a 2 days time. Weekends are NOT postal days, if you pay after midday your order will be sent out the next day (DO NOT PESTER FOR IT STRAIGHT AFTER PAYING FOR YOUR ORDER)

Shipping/Postage Methods

We dispatch all orders in plain packaging making no reference to our organization or what is inside, all packages are sent with maximum discretion and packaged very securely. We send them in jiffy bags / envelopes or sealed boxes depending on your order size.

How Long is Delivery ?

Iron Army will dispatch all orders for next day delivery within 24 hours after payment is received. We have cut off times per day of which we send all orders, if payment is made before midday we will dispatch your order the same day you pay, if payment is received later in the day we would send it first thing the next morning. We understand it can be a little daunting ordering online and we take pride in the fact we send all packages as fast as we possibly can as we really want to stand alone in being the fastest service possible. No one wants to wait days for their order especially when ordering online with so many scam sites around and you may also be mid cycle. We understand the needs for you all and so we take pride in our fast delivery. International orders of course in some countries will take that bit longer.

what price is Postage / Shipping?

Post/Shipping cost is £7.50 gbp in the UK , that is next day with online tracking.

Shipping/Postage is FREE on orders over £150.00 gbp *UK only*

Most of Europe we offer the same online tracked service for €10.00 for orders under £150.00 / €200.00, and FREE for orders over £150.00 / €200.00

International Express delivery is always online tracked unless requested as non sign for of which the buyer is responsible.

Is a signature required for your order?

Basically Yes, all UK EU orders are sent tracked and signed for so you and Iron-Army can track your order online. We can also send non sign for if you request this method (but as we can not track it or trace it you are liable for any losses), you can contact us for any delivery instructions you may have.

What countries do you ship to?

Iron Army ship mainly within EU and UK but we DO offer a worldwide service However some countries outside of the EU and UK we would have to put all the responsability on you the buyer. This means you the buyer are responsible for your customs and local customs if your order is stopped / seized by customs.  The following list of countries below we DO ship to but it is at our discretion if we offer any replacement / refund for your order being stopped or lost, by ordering you agreee to these terms.

Do you Guarantee delivery ?

Yes with in the UK and most of EU. these are the only countries that we Iron Army guarantee delivery.

What if my package does not arrive ?

This would be very rare in the UK and EU and we would offer a replacement for any orders that do not arrive within the UK and most of the EU. We have never had one order go missing in the UK or EU.

For USA we state that you must wait till you get a customs seizure letter before we discuss your order and its status if it is stopped by your customs.

We really must state all orders are sent with high end packaging and securely packed and professional boxed to NOT look like anything to do with steroids or products we offer.
